Making Change Possible By Supporting Each Woman's Path to Recovery.
Located in St. Paul, Minnesota and established in 2001, Hart House is a 24-bed transitional housing program designed for women in recovery from chemical dependency. Residents benefit from a supportive, self-directed program tailored to meet each woman's needs. Advocates assist residents in identifying goals, accessing resources and developing skills to make lasting change in their lives. We offer counseling, health care consultation and referrals, self-help meetings, support groups and assistance with daily living skills in a safe and caring environment where residents can work toward a future committed to sobriety.
